Q: Will the COVID19 pandemic effect my order?
A: Yes, if you ordered a package from us between February 2020 till present, you're likely to have to wait up to 8-12 weeks for a delivery. This is because packages are being quarantined for up to 2-4 weeks before being moved to their next location within the postal services. Also, some of our packages are delivered on residential transports (public trains & planes in their cargo bays), and while most commercial transports are on hold at the moment, so are our packages. We ask for you to be patient within these testing times as you wait for your delivery. If after 18 weeks you have still not received your package, you can request a refund via refunds@thedragonpeak.com, please include your order number in the email.
Additionally, if you have made an order on or after the 12th May 2020, your order will be place in a pre-ordered state and will processed once the postal services have returned to normal.

Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: Our products are sourced and shipped from China, where the founders of The Dragon Peak discovered the primary inspiration for the store. We want to provide customers with the most authentic eastern/dragon themed accessories, so we acquire all of our stock directly from the Far East.

Q: I never got my order / Where is my order?
A: If your tracking information does not update after some time, it is likely that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your order is stalled at one of the locations along its shipping route. This can include sorting centers, distribution centers, airports, customs, and local post offices among other locations. If it has been more than 6 weeks since you placed your order, you can try reaching out to your local post office to see if they are holding your package. If this is not the case, then it is likely your order is still on the way to you.
